Stepping up scientific excellence and innovation capacity for climate-resilient crop improvement and production
CROPINNO aims to strengthen the scientific and innovation capacity of the Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops (IFVCNS) in Novi Sad, Serbia, with a focus on climate-smart crop production. The project will help IFVCNS address agricultural challenges such as climate change and the growing global population. It will improve the institute’s research management, administration, and position IFVCNS as a regional hub for agricultural research and a Climate Crops Centre.
CROPINNO’s activities include training, networking, scientific missions, workshops, international summer schools, and conferences. The project is expected to enhance IFVCNS’s research excellence, boost its international reputation, and increase collaboration opportunities. It will also improve the creativity and mobility of its researchers.
