About APPN: Uniting the Plant Phenotyping Community
The APPN initiative was established in 2017 at the Vienna BioCenter with a mission to unite the Austrian plant phenotyping community. The APPNA’s focus is on fostering research collaborations, advancing plant phenotyping infrastructure and methodologies, providing staff training and exchange opportunities, and facilitating extensive networking activities. As an interdisciplinary platform, APPN welcomes researchers, breeders, technology developers, and data scientists. The goal is to amplify the visibility and impact of modern plant phenotyping methods and instrumentation.
