Infrastructure Ontology
The EMPHASIS consortium proposes an ontology of objects involved in phenotyping activities, the relationship between them and the rationale for proposed choices. This ontology is used in the EMPHASIS information system but also allows better communication between EMPHASIS members and beyond in internal or external documents. It follows discussions within the consortium and will be periodically re-assessed. It is common with the I3 project EPPN2020 1, and contributes to the MIAPPE2 initiative.
